Seems like a cash out to me. He is not ready for Parker, and coming off of public health problems.

From what I've seen from him to date, goddamn, I certainly hope that's the case.

94y old Guinn was able to drop Fa, Parker couldnt do it. I think it is fair to say we wont see neither of these guys at top level again

Good riddance - and that’s from a Kiwi...

If you make public allegations against the other team, delay the fight (to your benefit), demand you are the golden goose - then you best prove your case come fight night. Instead he wasted people’s time and money. Not only that, but made Parker look bad in the process.

Hope Parker gets a fight booked ASAP with someone levels above. He fights down to other fighters level - Cojanu, Leapai and now Fa.

Let’s step back for a second. Maybe, just maybe that knockdown was part of the reason why Fa spoiled the fight?

Parker will get another shot, as he has done this time and time again. I’m not saying he will win when he gets another shot... when he fights levels below, he looks crap.

When he steps up he can look great, but let’s himself down.

True. But let's also ask ourselves whether Parker can figure out what to do vs smothering, negative fighters.

Definitely a cash out IMO. But he, IMO, genuinely thought he had the gameplan to beat Parker. Jab then move back when JP moved forward. Which evolved into jab twice a round, with one lively flurry, then tie JP up whenever applicable. I could see him in against some domestic guys. Maybe Huni will look to have him as a scalp. He might make a good gatekeeper type.

That fighting down is on Parker though right? And hey, Fa was pretty negative, but I think he genuinely came to win IMO. And thought his tieing up was a legit tactic to win. This is a testament to Fa's atrocious sporting brain. Jab, move back tie up when Jp comes in. Easy bro....It's all about not getting hit bro...And this probably at the behest of City Kickboxing goons.

Having said that I do think he had in the back of his mind later on that going the full 12 would be better for his 'career'
