Anyone else thought Joshua was classless?

I agree but again, I really just don't think Pulev had the senses at that time to take the knee. He was dazed, if you see it again when he's in the corner he has a delayed reaction in getting his right glove up to protect his head from any cheap shots.

 

I agree, although it's also part of the psyche of tough guys like Pulev not to take a knee. The ref took his action as the same although I'm not a fan of standing counts. If you can't or are unwilling to defend yourself then it should be stopped.

 

I don't think Joshua is classless. Pulev is just a nasty guy.

 

anyone know what they were saying to each other in the ring after the fight? AJ started off with a smile looking ok, but g Pulev was saying something which seemed to annoy AJ said a few words back and slowly walked away. Nothing major, but looked to me like Pulev may have been talking smack.

 

Seriously? That was nothing. Pulev's a little ***** hitting after the bell. You act like AJ smashed him in the mouth, he hit his hands hard. He went to Povetkin's locker room and was all class then.

 

Pulev is no class act. Remember when Wlad scored a KD in the first round? Pulev then got up on one leg and tried to make a mockery of it and then got put back down one second later. I'm sure Pulev said something, it seems to be his nature.

 

Yep Pulev hit him twice after the bell, hit him a few times on the break too as well which Joshua clearly wasn't happy about as well as all the rabbit punches.

Has for banging gloves they both did that, Joshua left his gloves out and Pulev banged his gloves too. Looked like just some bravado after the fight from both of them.
