Youre missing the point. The highlights are the best part of the fight, the most defining parts of the fight. Most of those highlights are of Joe punching and Hughie running, blocking, clinching and surviving. Hughies performance is not my idea of a winner/champion.

Like from 0:25-0:29 in that video. Nothing landed. Apart from a bodyshot by Hughie.

Now lets head to 0:34 of that video, Parker landed sure, so did Hughie. Look at that uppercut.

Would you say about 2-5 seconds of both those highlights video were Furys all up? Yes or no.

And he didn't look like he was trying to play tag. He had a jab that had some level of force behind it. I've never seen a jab as pathetic in power has Hughie's despite having watch a heap of fights.

@Ilikeboxing the more you see the highlights, I think the more you see why Hughie lost :)

In those highlight video they both come off as equals. Fury with some clean counters. Parker missing with his shots and Furies landing his own, like that bodyshot I mentioned. The judges will give that point to Parker, because it looks like Hughie was hit, or dazed. Nothing touched him till late. Parker won the last 2 rounds for me, mid-fight I had Fury winning the rounds behind the jab. At least 10 landed per round, to Parkers 1-2 power punches.

0:46- 0:50 Parker landed nothing again, Hughie countered with his own shots.

52, 55, 1:00 Parker landed, but those shots were in the final two rounds.
Before the final 2 rounds I had Hughie up by 4 rounds because Parker wasn't landed anything of note. Hughie won the rounds with his jab, it was ugly but its boxing.

So probably 2 seconds of the highlights go to Fury and thats for the uppercut. You watch that and you cant help but think 'did Fury do enough?' and no he didnt. He clearly looked like he was surviving in those footages. Thats not a champion. You cant find on the highlights where he looks the champion in command. Both fighters were missing and the more lethal looking punches were Joes.

Hughie normally has ugly boring fights. Joe use to put on knockouts, entertaining fights. Im sure Joe will get back to knocking people out so as long as he doesnt fight guys who are in there to survive the 12 rounds.

That's a highlight reel. Jabs ain't usually shown in those videos. And yeah, the most lethal "looking" shots were Joes, none of them were landing. Hughie's jab was.
