    yea all the time at work/at home, my work/housemates think im mental, cant really help it. You can kinda expect people to look at you funny at the gym though i spose

    Shadowbox in a boxing gym, or in private. It is not something to be done around civilian folk.

    Do you really care about looks you get when shadow boxing.
    Well, the look directly at them and continue to shadow box.
    Even walk towards them.
    They will probably stop looking and leave.
    Now you have no distrations.

    Well then just deal with it direct.
    Ask then point blank on "What the **** they are looking at".
    Be ready to lay them out if they give a disrespectful answer.
