I am not trying to knock you kid but please accept the reality of it, you dont know much, the little you do know is what it is, its a little bit, I have been doing this for 16 years and I still dont know ****. and I am man enough to admit that.
its clear that if ur tired and feeling bad then you need more sleep or more food. or there is a more serious problem.
That could be true but it could also be other things what if he has low blood sugar? Hypoglycimia or some **** then what? or what if he is dehydrated then what? there are all kinds of differnt things it could be not just food and sleep.
i no. but dehydration hypoglycimia is more serious problems. he should try and eat more and or sleep more and see how that works. also you just said my IDea was bad and dat its cuz i never faught
From what he is describing I am going to be honest I think its just normal when you are in the gym for so long that your body starts to tell you no. this happens all the time, its like when you have a new car, you dont keep the engine running all the time, sooner or later that engine will over heat, you must rest, especially training on that level your body goes through highs and lows when it peaks you can feel it in the gym, its almost as if you tell yourself I should be fighting right now. But once that peak is gone you have to rest even if you dont fight, you have to rest that body or it will shut down.
Well so far its been awesome workouts since friday. All I have done is change my diet around (meals smaller but more frequently), got some good multivitamins, and I am eating more fruit. So maybe my simple carbs were low. Thanks again for the tips
