Died in a motorcycle accident at a young age, hyped prospect out of philly- anyone see his fights ? impressions ?
I thought he looked amazing in the fight I saw. First his LOOKS startled me as I thought he resembled a giant version of Sandy Saddler. But he showed crippling power and talent too. He and Jemal Hinton were two guys whom I had high hopes for. Road accidents and Islam took those hopes away.
I thought of Prophet for some reason today while looking at some old fights. I remember seeing him fight once I also had a Ring magazine or maybe KO magazine that featured him as the prospect of the month I think. Very sad to be gone so young.
