What's nonsense? That Eubank is gonna slaughter JJ? He is. Or that he is above British level? Which he clearly is. The rest is clearly tongue in cheek, but I'm sorry that you don't have the intellect to notice that.
Lol, ignore my question. I'll repeat again. What is so crap about saying Junior will smash JJ, and is above British level? I'll be waiting.
I’m drooling for any info you guys can give me. This fight has very favorable odds for Eubank by KO. This other guy on paper looks like he is way in over his head. Some advice and info would be appreciated.
He should blast JJ away Honest to God the Groves-Jr fight is one of the best evenings of my life. Still stunned at how many thought Jr was just going to steam him. I don't get much right in this game but this one was succulent as ****
He looks pretty limited from what I've seen. I remember the Jake Ball KO, and also I'm pretty sure he was in a prizefighter years ago. Jr should do a job on him.
What's the odds please? Sweat has started to trickle down my neck. *edit* 2/5 for stoppage or DQ on William Hill.
Considering the massive disparity between them, I feel even 1/2 odds are a steal. Kinda like when Lem fought O’Sullivan.
Seems like just the type of an opponent U-bank will look good against and will win by an impressive TKO during early to mid rounds.
He’s out of his league with Junior. It’s a case of how much of a beating he can sustain without the ref stopping it.
Literally no one in this thread has actual recollection of seeing McDonagh fight. Everyone's just like "I heard he sucks so Eubank should demolish him!". Not what I was asking, guys. Thanks a bunch anyways.
I've seen him plenty of times over the years, and he never distinguished himself beyond a fair domestic fighter. Best he looked was dismantling Nieroda, but he looked awful in Prizefighter and was soundly defeated by the average Hippolyte. Not sure I've seen him since, but..doubt he improved to where CEJ ought to be worried.
Eubank Jr. has more than enough power to put him away, unless he spends all night clinching and roughhousing (which is possible) - but even there I think Chris with his athleticism ought to be able to wriggle free and crack him enough times we don't see a round 7, let alone 10.
