I let them fight easily. The newbies at my age can barely ever take a punch, my jab hurts some guys. I pull punches alot, stay on the ropes, gaurded and also let him hit me in the centre of the ring. I just make sure they are getting a decent experience, I prefer sparring bigger, older or more experienced fighters, beating a newbie proves nothing.

Hahah I'm the opposite. I don't put any power on my punches, what I mainly do is just paw wit hthe jab and keep touching them with it, then poke them in the stomach with the right. I just walk toward them and take their punches (if they're a kid) and keep jabbing at them. just trying to get them used to moving their feet and countering the jab. Bigger guys i'll basically not take it easy on them unless I hurt them.

Recently I've actually been having to tone it down when sparring newer guys or ppl who haven't been in the ring in a while.

I'm getting to a point where on a few guys I can just land at will. So I have to hold back a lot, not throw my big punches etc.

But then THAT sucks, because its like. The more I hold back, the more I get hit and take shots. lol.
