just warning you all now. Once Dawson gets to the top of the sport, and is more seriously scrutanised. This is what people will see.
Good resume, but no trully great wins yet

You have not read about the part where they are saying that the 168 is a very strong division?

    Made me puke.

I have to agree with the guys pointing out Froch and Donaire. After all, Froch fought Ward.

I can't agree with Mayweather. The JMM fight was a farce, Mayweather didn't even pretend to be professional and make weight, Mosley was a shell, Hatton moved up from 140 even though Mayweather had much better competition available at 147.

How can you agree on Froch??he lost to Ward,Kessler and arguably Dirrell...

Mosley was p4p#3 and the top ww and WBA champ..people said floyd would duck him

Hatton was undefeated and a former ww champ..he moved from 140..floyd started at 130

Jmm-the same damn guy Manny is fighting at ww for the 2nd time in a year

It is a bit of a stretch to label Hatton a HOF'er, but here goes

Mosley: Damn near 40, former lightweight champion, never won another fight.
Hatton: 140 pound titlist, never had a chance. Floyd took this fight over a deep 147 pound division.
Oscar: Solid win over a very past prime great.
Cotto: should have happened years ago, but an extremely solid win. His best of this run.

JMM: are you freaking kidding me? You think that bringing a 130 pounder up for a catchweight, then not even honoring the contract is a solid, HOF level win?

The key term is "fought" not "won."

    Floyd?

    Cotto
    Ortiz
    Mosely
    Marquez
    Hatton
    De La Hoya

    Got 3 or 4 HOF'ers in there

strong is stretching it a bit.

    On paper, or boxrec probably!

Buty if you see them fight, there is no way that is is that STRONG!

But the answer is still not Wardkke.

Donaire fought 8 consecutive former and current belt holders.

Brian Viloria fought segura, tamara, romero, solis, miranda, and will be fighting Marquez.
