I have his DVDs/videos. They are VERY POORLY produced. Just terrible. That being said the knowledge is there. The videos are not very long. The Basic Mitts is only 24 minutes long. Advanced 25mins. Footwork 27mins. Special Tech 12mins.
Yeah I would have to do a lot of note taking and video editing to get value out of it. I saw on his website he also has a "Boxing Mittology Concepts & Theory" pdf. I wonder if all the combination he works on are in there. do you have that book too?
No, I don't have the book. And yes there is value in the videos despite the poor production. I only really looked at the basic DVD. I'm going scan the other videos to check them out again. It's been awhile since I watched them.
