I'm expecting something similar to Fury v Del Boy 2, a slow systematic beating for Dullian who does NOTHING better than Fury .. What's your thoughts guys
Sometimes I have a gut feeling but don’t mention it in case I look daft but I have a feeling Whyte is going to surprise us all. Not saying he’ll win but wouldn’t surprise me if he dropped Fury.
Nope. He may land a couple of jabs on Furys gloves or the odd body shot when Tyson smothers him on the ropes, but other than that i see a systematic beating being inflicted upon Dillians head and jaw. TF in nine.
I do. If Whyte can work that body then Fury is in for a long night and I really think that left hook is dangerous for this new kronk Fury. This isn't a forgone conclusion, I've gone for Fury on points though. It won't be a walkover and I think he will hit the canvas.
Whyte will be a handful for sure. If Fury comes in heavy, he's in for a longer and more difficult evening than many people think. Sadly for Whyte, David Haye has tipped him to win.
Aside from the cliched and overused but still accurate 'it's heavyweight boxing' I think Whyte has a chance. He's not a great boxer, but he's proved a pretty effective and durable one. He'll know he's got little chance on the cards so at least the fight strategy should be clear. Then there's Tyson Fury. His last performance was exciting, but I thought it was a significant downgrade on Fury Wilder 2. If he's not fully focussed or takes his victory for granted there could be some unexpected vulnerability. I don't predict an upset, all things being equal Fury in 8, but of course Whyte has a chance.
Easy work for fury, whyte will probably do better than expected though. Whyte is very open to uppercuts and fury loves that shot, can see it playing a big factor
Yes of course. Fury the favourite - no issues with that. He is clearly the more talented boxer. But Whyte has a nasty hook, and he can win this fight. Interested to see Fury's tactics tbh.
I can see Whyte doing well, and I hope he does himself proud and gives the fans a brilliant contest. I pick Fury to win by late stoppage or points but wouldn’t be surprised if Dillian pulls off a ko along the way. It’s a proper fight this one, make no mistake and anyone writing Whyte off, is making a big mistake imo.
Whyte is in for a very long and sustained pounding if Fury comes in with a professional mindset. Id expect Whyte to try and push forward for the first 3 rounds and if Fury keeps him at range for the opening few rounds then I’d expect a mid to late stoppage after basically pummelling him continuously for 5/6 rounds.
Yes. One the most powerful punchers in the divison (who is by far a more complete boxer than Wilder) against a guy who has history of being dropped against poor opponents and hasn't fought anyone as good or better than Whyte since Wlad in 2015 (Fury who looks no where near the level he was in 2015 since coming out of retirement).
