Everyones got a chance in boxing, it only takes one punch in the correct place to **** someone up. I expect Lockett to do Britain proud tonight and provide much more of a challenge than anyone expects. But i'll go for Pavlike by 8 rounds.

Well exactly, even if it's a slight chance everyone's got a chance.
And Lockett will be trying to give his all, won't be running and hiding.

But I think it's going to be a pounding for him all said and done. Not within 2 rounds or any of that nonsense, but it will be a mercy stoppage in the end.

I just can't keep getting the Tsarenko fight out of my mind. Pavlik can do much worse things.

Unless Lockett unleashes a Hail Mary KO punch, Pavlik in 7.

He stands as much chance as being struck by lightning twice in the same day.

It is a warm day so its possible Pavlik has a heat stroke or something.

Lockett is nothing more than a showcase fight for Pavlik.
And the opportunity to satisfy his WBO mandatory defence.

Pavlik should win in 6 or 7 rounds by TKO or cuts, as Lockett has fragile skin.

As previously mentioned, this is boxing where anything can happen with a lucky punch. However, I only give Lockett about a 10-20% chance of winning.

20 percent bro thats pretty good 2-10. Lockett has maybe a 2 percent chance.

    Lockett has 2 great Chances..
    A Good Straight Right hand.
    A Good Left hook.

Lockett has punching power, a well placed punch can hurt anyone.
Pavlik himself said it, he is not looking for a K.O. he will take what comes.

This fight will be Gary's "Miranda" fight...
(His coming out party & Chance to prove himself)

That said, I still favor Kelly Pavlik to stop Lockett in 5

I think there is a little hope for Lockett here, Honestly, Pavlik is moving back down in weight and though I think Pavlik can bang harder at this weight I am not sure that it was a good idea to fight this quickly after having moved up, if Lockett survives the early rounds and gets somebody work in we might see a sluggish Pavlik if the weight is an issue.
But honestly I think Pavlik stops him rather quickly.
