Anyone got a bit of weight loss for me?

    To give you a bit of background: Im currently 63.5 and ive got two fights lined up mid Jan at 60kgs


    Im also 5'11 going on 6'

    Skinny. 132lbs @ 6' is skinny by any standard.

    I try to take health things. Its not adonis levels, but i dont eat takeaways either

    lmao @ trying to lose weight at 6'0 130lb. There comes the point of diminishing returns, son.

    less calories is not always the way to go especially when you need to compete as well. to be honest mate if you have a weighin that is a couple of hours before your competition you can lose 2kgs fairly easily beforehand, so don't go ape**** on the dieting, it just isn't necessary.

    I disagree here Mr Small. no way youll properly rehydrate 2kg in 2 hours. I struggled to make weight before moving up, and did it by dehydrating, and I always felt really flat no matter what I did after the weigh in/doctor.

    If you cant make the weight as an amateur, move up. Thats the only sensible option!
