Anyone got an all-in-one push-up/pull-up/sit-up bar?

Saw one of these yesterday for £30, I haven't got the time or £ to join a gym so one of these would be great for me, if they are any good.

    Does anyone have one?

    How good are they?

you in england? cus I saw one of these in asda and i thought the same thing. good thing about the one I saw is that you don't have to screw it on to your door, it sort of attaches it self. thinking of getting it on w.e.

    I've got one of these:

    http://www.everlast.com/everlast-multi-function-home-gym-bar.html

It's hard for me to explain how it stays up without having to screw it in but it's pretty secure. It stays up on the door on its own and when you're actually hanging off it, it uses your own body weight to further secure its grip on the door frame. It's a great little exercise gadget to have in the house, it's not big, you could leave it hanging on the doorway indefinitely.

When I saw the advert for it I thought it looked great, but then I just had thoughts of me doing pull ups with it swinging everywhere and me falling. I might get one of them, cheers :D

To be honest I totally didn't get how it hangs in the doorway without needing any screws until I got it, assembled it, and then it still didn't click in my brain right up until I actually physically put it up on the doorway and it stayed up.

And even then, it still took a leap of faith for me to hang my entire body weight on it the first couple of times, haha. But it's all good!

Alright, here's the front where you hang on it, see where the bar sits on the door frame:

Here's the back where it sits on to the top of the doorway:

Can you see how it uses your own body weight to secure itself door frame? When you're hanging on the bar at the front, the bar sits securely on to the door frame while at the back, the wood bar on top of the door frame holds on to the wall above the door.

So can you see, the more weight you put on the bar, the more secure it holds on to the door frame?

I got my girlfriend to hang off it so you can see where the weight goes on to the door frame.

How many different grip positions does it have for push-ups and pull-ups?

The one I've got up there, you could grip it any which way you want, regardless if it's on the padded area or not - palms in, palms out, side grips, wide grip, short grips.
