Anyone got more respect for Margarito now, considering how Clottey & SSM fought Pac?

:goodPretty much how I feel about that piece of ****.. Nobody can take away what his sorry ass did to Pacman but I'm not gonna forget how he tried to cheat in the lowest way!

You must be an idiot if you appreciated 2 guys that just came to pick up a paycheck rather than came to win and even when he saw he couldnt he did exactly what he said he would do. "Un Mexicano se muere en la raya." Basically sayind a Mexican dies in battle.

Dude shouldn't be allowed to fight, could of badly hurt or killed someone.

But dude is a warrior though, and I've always respected warriors.

 

Why wouldnt you respect Margarito? the mother ****er is a Warrior who has no quit in him..

 

I respect the fact that Marg didn't run like a *****....I respect his warrior mind set, but the hand wrap thing is too much for me to respect him as a man...as a boxer, that's a differnt story. He comes to fight. Just like Floyd...as a boxer...I got a lot of respect for him, but as a man who lays hands on women, he gets none.

 

all i know is that

I want to see Margarito's next fight and Im not looking forward to seeing Mosley and Clottey's next fight.

 

Marg has been the one fighter after marquez that was able to stand there slug it out with Manny, IF Marg had technique and boxing skills, he would've put Manny on his ass,IMO! But he was there to fight and got my respect. Mosley just straight out disappointed me and he needs to retire.

 

Never lost respect to the guy.

 

Clottey was another snoozer, but the man was never hurt by any of Pac's punches as i recall but another one who didn't possess any skill enough to compete with Pac.

 

And lets not leave out the fact that he was able to do this with out loaded wraps, he was able to land more shots on Manny Pacquiao than any other fighter has landed on Manny....
he out performed, Hatton, Cotto, DLH, Mosley, Clottey in his fight with Pacquiao..... Not bad for a guy many here call a ****ing bum.

Margarito fought brave , Mosley and clottey fought like cowards...

Margarito tried to win, Mosley and Clottey tried to survive .

So yea , I respect that. But I still dont respect that cheater , and PAC gave him what he deserved .. A career ending beatdown.

 

How can you gain respect for one guy based on someone else's actions? Shane and Clottey not taking chances doesnt have anything to do with Margarito.

 

Margo is the only guy that tried and showed that he's got the heart of a champion. the only real warrior that Manny's fought since JMM. Margo's the man, tried for the KO from round 1 on. Tough SOB. Lost a lot of res[ect for him after the handwraps incident but he redeemed himself to me. Mosley, Clottey and Cotto should be ashamed of their perfomances.
