Haven't heard much news and its seems like a lot of early talks have quited down. Just wondering if anyone has any new news on any of these fighters next opponents...
Taylor is suppose to be in talks to fight Mayorga (garbage fight) Kessler seems to have rejected a fight with Miranda (damn shame) Jones is going crazy cause he doesn't have a fight yet. He's mad that King is talking to Taylor about a fight with Tito, instead of a fight with him. Plus I just read that Jones is headed over seas to see Beyer fight - cause he might be Jone's next opponent. And we all know he's waiting for the outcome from the Hopkins/Calzaghe. Wright has offered Pavlik $4 million for a fight - now we're waiting to see what happens. Pavlik said he wants the fight - but that ****ing Bob Arum is looking to match him up with someone else. Taylor looks to fight Mayorga then Kessler Kessler has said that Miranda is a possibility and no he has not rejected a fight with him. Wright has turned down Abraham and Kessler, Pavlik has been offered a fight.
Kessler has not rejected anything. His promoter is in negotiations with Miranda who will be the back-up act for Kessler if he cannot get a better opponent for this summer...
Winky is still whining about the Hopkins decision and the fact that he's a big name who deserves big money. RJJ thinks he's back on the P4P list after beating Tito. JT wants to fight Pavlik 10 more times because he doesn't duck anyone. Kessler is over in Europe and i could care less. Hope this helps.
Got a RELIABLE source on this one? That would double Pav's last fight. But, Arum may not be as dumb/bad as you think. Abraham fights on the the undercard in Pav's next bout. Lead up to a Pavlik/Abraham fight. Last rumor has it Winky is off after Sturm to get his belt to up the ante for a fight with Pav. IF that happens, suddenly Arum is a genius. :yep
