Guys, have booked the primetime fight Pac/Bradley on the internet but when I try to set the record button its telling me i cant record it because I have already ordered it, been in hospital for 2 weeks and not sure I will make staying up through the night as still feel crap. Anyone with any help on what I am doing wrong, failing that I will clearly be staying up for the night.
I know when I had this problem and called Primetime, I was told that I could only record it if I ordered it using my Sky remote. I had to cancel it then re-order it using my remote. Don't know what the difference is but that's what I had to do!!!!
Tried to order it with the remote to start with and it would not let me directed me to a number who then told me they had no ppv currently on sale. Absolute crap really, its about the 5th time I have ordered off Primetime as well so they have all my details. Oh well looks like I'm up at 2am then Thanks anyway mate
When you first join Primetime we need to send a signal to activate the service on your viewing card. This direct signal blocks recording. In future you can record all Primetime events by ordering as with any other box office service The event will be repeated for 6 days which is included in your purchase price and full details on this are available on the website - when you order online the is a big link to click if you want to record the event
