    Assuming there arr tickets in the 100 dollar range I am definitely going. Wish I knew what the undercard was going to look like

    Haven't missed at Cotto fight yet at the Gardens.It's great-just a few blocks up from my home and we are there!The PR's create a terrific atmosphere banging on their drums and whistles and the weigh-in downstairs in the Theatre is great entertainment.
    I much prefer the Gardens to Barclay's as it is much more central for me and has a better boxing history.Barclays is too sterile,but is still easy to get to on the subway and it drops you right accross the street-but it' Brooklyn.:lol:

    Fatcity - Dont forget that is also PR weekend in NYC with the PR Parade ending the festivities on Sunday.... I literally had to do some serious axx kissing at home so the wifey would be OK with me going to the "fight" :lol: as she doesnt know about the parade and most likely will not find out until the day I leave for NYC :nut.........

    All in all, this should be a great fight for both fighters and for the fans.....

    Got my tickets...Its ON like a mofo......

    However, I will say this. Its going to be tough fight for Cotto, I really hope he worked in his stamina because if not it will a long night for him....But the same can be said for Maravilla and also IMHO Maravilla has a glass jaw....

    Anybody else here going to the fight????
    Any of the so call "boxing experts" or "sweet science" fans going to the fight?

    I have been in these boards since around 2004, and I always read these posts from guys talking mad **** about boxing or a specific boxer but I have never read one ****ing time where one of those guys has said that he flew to Vegas or NYC to see a fight. I dont get that ****.....Hell anytime they have fights here in Texas, I make a point to go, I dont give a **** who is fighting......

    ill be there....getting into the city around 7ish...will prob hit up jimmys for several drinks....prob wont go in till very late...undercard blows....will be my 3rd cotto fight at the garden....4th overall

    i go to fights all the time...been to vegas to see pac/hatton and pac/cotto...saw cotto/shane at the garden....go to fights at the CT casinos all the time when there are decent fights
