He fought again at the weekend and Ko'd a cruiserweight in the first. Weighed 245lbs, creeping back up in weight.

I know there are some in the general that still belive in the guy but me personally I dont think he'll ever be more than a bottom end of the top 10 banger that can be put in some fun fights. His form in the ring is atrocious, and his age (soon to be 31) combined with his conditioning will soon catch up with him, being a fat 27 year old and being fat in your mid 30's is 2 different things and his engine will be starting to sap pretty soon. His only thing going for him is his power and his ability to take a shot to land one.

Do you think he's a contender?

    Nope.

His punching form is atrocious. As his technique and stamina. His slaps mean his power is accumulative. He's quick and has a quality chin, but the positives end there.

I dont expect him to step up any time soon either.

Never rated him. After his demolition at Vitali's hands and the loss to Adamek it was sealed.

    His stamina is atrocious?

Is that a joke? His stamina is absolutely superb for a HW.

He looked absolutely spent against Klitschko and exhausted againt Adamek too,

Absolutely superb is a very odd statement IMO. Nothin to rave about at best.

He's unusually active for a heavy, but he's pushing his punches by the third round normally. His stamina is pretty poor.

He throws loads of punches. He got beaten up against Vitali and the ref stopped it, but he wasn't spent. Against Adamek he broke his hand.

his stamina is decent, but like i say, he is turning 31 in a few weeks, pretty soon the fat and age will cross paths and it wont be good for his stamina

I thought he should have got the decision in Adamek fight. He forced the fight all night and Adamek largely didn't want to know.

Having said that, all in all I think he's one of a very average at best bunch that is called the HW division today.

I now know not to take your opinion seriously.

You're one of these "He wanted it more" scorers.

In my humble opinion he's got fairly good stamina for a HW, especially relative to what's out there today.

I like Cristobel & enjoy most of his fights.

Might not be a world beater but I'm a fan
