Why are you getting so defensive?

I'm just saying that I like Cotto's chances in a rematch

Something I've said for a long time

    You obviously disagree

If the fight ever comes through, we'll know who is right

Maybe Cotto has you a little nervous

Not in the least. I said bring it on! Floyd already proved Cotto was a scrub once, he'll do it again. Floyd would even fight him at 157 for a MW title!

It's a much better fight than anything he can get at 147 or 154. At least with Cotto, he's been looking like a monster in his past couple fights and he does own the lineal MW championship right now. Khan hasn't looked that great and he doesn't bring much to the table at all.

If floyd pays all his sanctioning fees, he could go after the WBC title at 160 and be the simultaneous lineal champion of three weight classes. That's a Henry Armstrong type of achievement and would further elevate him in the ATG rankings.

Compared to some of the other options like Garcia or Khan? Absolutely.

If the fight was at 155/156lbs, Floyd could possibly retire as the linear Middleweight champion; an achievement that would look better and better as the years pass.

Cotto vs Mayweather 2, Cotto vs Pacquiao 2, Cotto vs Golovkin, Cotto vs Alvarez. He is uniquely positioned to pick any plum he wants. Of course, I'd still favor all of them to beat him.

The best option and in the first fight he really made Floyd throw some beautiful combinations, it'd be interesting to see how Roach prepares for this one. I still expect 8-4 floyd.

Pbf is better in rematches dummy. He would beat cotto 10-2 or worse. You dont give a boxing genius like pbf a second chance only a fool would think cotto would do better.

No need for a rematch. Mayweather already got a clear win over him.
