    Well it was an event that was from 2006 when he beat up a security guard for being very rude to his wife. There is now new evidence apparentely.... sounds like this guy is just trying to milk it to me.

    Seriously doubt if anything happens from this.

    The person involved is claiming new injuries as a result of what happened 3 years ago. Not only does he have to prove that the injuries came from the incident - but he has to prove that Valuev did it. It's just BS and should have never made any news to start with.
