    Literally go to his gym when it is open. To my knowledge Kerry goes there on his lunch break and helps Ricky out.

    2. On Ricky Hatton's website there is an Ask Kerry Keyes forum. He answers very quickly, and has even answered some of my own questions on diet. If you go there, write him a message, and maybe you can get in touch. That's really up to him.
