I started watching more footage off youtube of the legends of that time and still wonder how was it possible for corbett during s time london prise ring was so active a heavyweight championship was fought in his time he was going up the rankings and it was huge never fighing under its rules for like 8 or more yrs he was active as an amateur and pro going up the ranks when it still wasnt phased out by quensberry rules?

 

imagine guys if the fight took place under london prise fight rules and the kirkan fight wasnt the last one under those rules or if a rematch took place and sullivsn insisted london rules, who would have won? sullivan wasnt even that old then.
