Anyone know what George Hillyard is up to?

    I'm sure Ed Robinson mentioned on Ringside the other night that he'd run the London marathon.

    Anyone know if he's getting back inside the squared circle soon? Really likeable character, hope to see him doing well - his record doesn't do him much justice

    Just checked Boxrec and he's had one outing since the defeat to Prince Arron in Peizefighter, but even that last appearance was July last year

    i always enjoyed watching him fight, not in many boring fights George, he was really fancied when turning pro

    Great to watch. I'm sure I read that he failed a medical or something? So is unable to box

    I remember hearing something about a failed medical he was with Godwin promotions i think :think

    Hillyard is a good little fighter. Almost a bigger version of Ian Napa. One thing about him, he does the shoulder roll or tries to and rolls into punches, lol. Always good to watch though, hope he returns.

    I read sumwhere he ran the London Marathon for the charity and hospital that helped out his kid.
