Its just a wall mounted accuracy bag ..USUALLY used for combos...but i think it can be useful for power shots AS LONG AS YOUR WRIST / HAND are CONDITIONED. I have mine on a iron ( non movable) beam for straight punches...this helps density of getting use to hitting solid objects,the more less give...equals the more impact for DIRECT power. I can do a vid on this. hitting something with LESS give way makes it easier to penetrate a human weather a blocked punch or not. Much like MARTIAL ARTS develope pain resistance this does the same. What it essentially does is help the arm develope shock absorption to the the arm by hitting a non give way target...mine is actually an uppercut bag posted on a iron beam we can swith levels /height...its great for producing straight punching power.
Not really i only know them at actually gyms...it would be a massive head ache to actually have one in a home you live in.
