Considering that Knyazev is basically an out of shape super middleweight (LHW at most), I guess that was all right. In my opinion, Usyk is too upright and not that hard to hit. And don't think he hits anywhere near as hard as his 8/8=100% KO ratio would imply.
True, his punching power is far from amazing, but with his accuracy and skill can do enough damage to stop quite a number of guys.
There's more than a little in his game that reminds me of Mr. Calzaghe, if we're going on the record. The misleading power that's more "hard enough" than hard, the angles, the combination punching, the workrate...
Usyk has power, that's for sure, just not devastating power. But he is arguably the most skilled fighter in the division along with YPH. He's definitely only a few fights away from a title.
