I've been trying to find these as well. None of the local retailers have any thing remotely similar though. I've seen them online (TitleMMA), but I like to try equipment first before buying.
You can get it, as I did in a Sailing Shop of all places. But expensive, I did some searching, years ago, and found a wholesaler of Elastic and Rubber, theres a few about. You can get 15 mil solid elastic qiute cheap but it comes in 100 metre drums for £60 cheap really. Been using it 40 years recommend it, can make anything with it and lasts.
