for a guy who had the least amount of everything...he sure knew how to pull a win out of his @ss. i'd favor him over most of the current belt holders at this point in time.
Ruiz is on the comback trail, he blitzed some guy not too long ago. He was supposed to fight Liakhovich, but Sergei pulled out to fight Valuev in an elimanator to fight Chagaev. Ruiz should be back in a meaningful fight this year.
He should reaquaint with Holy. Maybe that would end it for at least ONE of them, though not for sure.
