He fights like Vitali Klitschko, but with a different set of attributes. For example he has more power (he can actually cold KO even journey men) but is more hittable and slower. He is very suited to both ams and pros and in a few years I see him at the top of the division.
Seriously. There are contrarian assholes all over a thread about Usyk Kool-Aid talking saying he's not as good as most fans think although when you ask them exactly why they think that you get some nonsensical retort.
Real classy of Little to spray that around. He must still be salty about being KO'd in 5 for the English title last year. Let it go Tom.
You can never believe the hype of a fighter until they have at least fought a certain level of opposition. Hrgovic is an excellent prospect as Dubois is. However until they start stepping into facing a top 30 level opponent, its very difficult to place them anywhere above just being around top 30ish Hrgovic already has built up a ranking of 11th with the WBC, so he needs to make sure he atleast fights someone in the top 20 before he fights for the title.
He was fighting in a foreign land. & He was saying something like he respects Mexicans before the fight which was a lil peculiar, he sounded nervous. Maybe not familiar with Mexico it seems
He interests me because he is a legit prospect that looks underwhelming. Gonna sneak up on the others.
I think he's very good, but I have to see him in with a decent fringe contender before I can be sure.
Same. Believe he's legit on eye test and from years of watching boxing. But need to see him in with somebody who resembles world class before making any bold statements. As it stands he's EASILY one of the more promising younger heavyweights. No reasonable person who could deny this.
Madness. Hes class. Made the transition from amateur to pro so easily. Tbh he could have won a world title in his first 3 pro fights
Filip Hrgovic is an excellent fighter and future world champion. A fight vs Mario Heredia is a sparring session for him, he's world-class.
