In the small segment they showed....I wasn't impressed by how he was caught with the left....at the bruising on his right eye....

I was starting to lean towards Hatton...I am back to 50/50 now?

    Thoughts?

Small segments don't say it all, if you saw the entire thing and wasn't impressed then we're talking. These things aren't shown full anyway and I still can't understand why some fans judge fighters by sparring sessions.

For those who don't know what the hell sparring is, it's called TESTING. You bring another fighter to try things out with who will punish you if you make mistakes, you MAKE those mistakes ON PURPOSE to test things out. Sparring isn't a challenge and sparring sessions don't earn you money.

That means **** all though does it, he's not gonna perform at his best in front of the camera's is he, or he might as well invite manny to watch. on the other hand, i thought the bit of sparring it showed of manny knocking down one of his sparring partners with a body shot looked set up. just my opinion.
    Hatton by late stoppage.

The straight left pushing Hatton's head back was also the thing that stuck with me while watching that clip. (on 24/7)

Be it a jab, or in Pac's case a lead straight left hand.
I defo expect to see Hatton eat a bunch of those tonight.

Hatton sometimes catches those punches while leaping in.
Which is always one of his biggest flaws.

Will Pac's punch gain Ricky's respect?
    Can't wait...

There was hardly enough footage for anyone to make a good conclusion either way.

i was just surpised to see hatton still caught with the counter hook - off of his own hook. not necessarily a check hook -like mayweathers- but still- he s still getting caught- he still drops his right when he throws the left.

i think no matter what hatton does- trains or whatever- he remains a graceless, and unelegant fighter, who dosent have much skill. he gets by on brutal aggression, fearlessness and toughness. he dosent seem to have a great mind- and boy is he ****ing ugly to watch. he s a welter john ruiz. i ****ing hope pac destroys him. bull**** he becomes p4p if hatton wins- a fighter that ****ing has no defence- and such poor technique- should never be p4p - period. p4p means if all else was equal - who would be best. hatton would get killed if he was a middleweight- by techinical guys like hopkins - or of he was a lightweight- by skillsters like guzman, etc.

hatton needs to lose- for the good of the sport. then we can get on to the real super matches that we- that boxing- needs. lets get this ****in guy outta here and move on.

I AGREE with what your saying!
    I understand sparring

& it could have been done deliberately,

It COULD be cause for concern!

i was surprised with the type of fighter he was sparring with...he was southpaw, but a big looking - stand off type one..
why not get a small stocky lightweight , fast southpaw - but maybe they have done that too for all i know.
