I think the reason why many pick Taylor on the second fight is that people for some reason are still not entirely convinced with Pavlik. Its almost like if they see him as an "American Idol" winner who's had his 15 min of fame and his time is just about up. Even though I pick Taylor and admit I have been rooting for him, Pavlik does deserve credit for his wins. There seems to always be an excuse for fighters who lost to him and he doesn't get credit for winning the fight; i.e. Miranda being weight drained, Taylor having a bad night and having Manny Steward on his corner... etc. One thing that I see in Pavlik from all his fights is that he has looked exactly the same; he appears to be extremely consistent, which could be a bad thing for Taylor. As much as I hate to say it, I think the odds are against Taylor on this one. He has shown to be inconsistent and had a string of "bad" fights. He has not shown to improve his fundamentals or to eliminate his bad habits. Although I think he has been able to get away with some of his flaws, he needs to do everything right against Pavlik in order to win, because Pavlik has shown to be consistent and is fundamentally strong, with exception of taunting and sticking out his head in the 2nd round of their previous bout. However, again, I would favor Pavlik in being able to learn from his past mistakes from the first fight. We have all heard Jermaine so many times mention his flaws, but he has not shown the ability to correct them once the bright lights are on fight night.

Let's put things in there historical context.

Zuniga was favored to beat Pavlik
McKart was favored to beat Pavlik
Miranda was favored to beat Pavlik
Taylor was favored to beat Pavlik

These are 4 of Kelly's last 6 opponents. All have 3 things in common. 1) They were all favored to win. 2) None had ever been stopped. 3) They all got pavlikated!

I picked Kelly to stop JT back when he handed Bronco McKart his first ever KO loss. In the rematch he will end his business with JT with frightening finality:deal

    Me.

I thought Pavlik would outwork Taylor and win on points last time. This time I think it will be the reverse with Taylor out-boxing Pavlik to win on a hard fought but fair UD.

I initially picked Taylor in the first fight until i saw Pavlik in the "Countdown show" I then thought this aint gonna be good for Taylor but still cheered for him.

After the fight i thought Taylor could have done some simple things in the fight to make it easier for himself. Im going for Taylor again this time with not too much confidence.

I have a feeling that Taylor is coming into this fight with a boxing first approach and he will be avoiding any exchanges, if he does this he can certainly win the fight.

You trust that Taylor has quite a capacity for learning from mistakes, excecuting a game plan flawlessly and not get nervous when things get tough. What I have seen from Taylor so far is some talent, good speed and power along with poor stamina, terrible nervousness and a complete inability to learn and listen to his corner. Pavlik on the other hand can shake off a bad knockdown and win the next round as if i as a slip and murders an opponent in trouble with the coolness of Hannibal Lecter. If it was just boxing skill, Taylor would have a good chance, if you look at the discrepancy in mental strength, Pavlik must be a clear favorite.

That's not true, Pavlik was the favorite going into his fights with Zuniga and McKart respectively...

Had Pavlik last time, but taking Taylor this time. He needs this fight, and as you recall he took "The ghost's" head off in the 2nd.
