We'll see tomorrow who doesn't understand fighting. Beterbiev will gut, behead and humiliate the Brit. It'll be the most bloody and violent display of power since Ivan the Terrible.
Im going to put some cheddar on Arthur late. I don't think he will aggressively attack like he usually does. Yark is dangerous and packs a punch.
Yarde is good because he doesn't roll under punches. There are several times where he anticipates a punch and weaves back instantly fast. His style is good because it doesn't rely on over blocking to many punches and beating the other fighter to the punch. If you let Beterbiev get started and control dictate the pace, he'll beat you to the punch. He has the right amount of pressure to bully the bully. Foot work is not going to play as big a factor here, both of these guys are inside fighters, Beterbiev isn't going to run away and dance around the ring, so your logic goes out the door. Its going to be like a wild west shootout, the first one to connect wins.
Footwork ALWAYS plays a big part in every fight. It's how fighters control distance, at any distance. Close in, it also creates angles - for offence and defence. You should know this. Beterbiev doesn't stand and trade typically, he walks fighters down and takes them to the ropes. Yarde's best hope is to punch with Beterbiev and play KO Russian roulette. He's not going to be able to dictate exchanges because of fundamental flaws in his footwork. He might win that game of chance but the odds are heavily stacked against him...
Always bet against a UK fighter unless its Fury or they are on a Matchroom/Queensbury/boxxer show in their hometown with 3 uk judges and the opponent is not an unknown Mexican with a number of losses. British boxing is a laughing stock and all our fighters are pretty much hype jobs who have never had any fights where they are anything less than 1-4 on so when the eventually step up to World level they get beat. Over the last few years the UK has lost most of their World Champions for this very reason.

Beterbiev can only fight one way like Canelo, he`s flat-footed so won`t be able to stay away from Yarde`s shots, better to end it quickly than to mess around.
