    Picked up a reasonably priced hardcover copy after a lengthy search akin to crusaders seeking the Holy Grail . Judging by the prices hardcovers are commanding on Abebooks and Amazon, I'm guessing the print run was only a few hundred. Emailed the author and publisher for an exact number but no answer yet.
