Gave a undefeated Mugabi hell back when he was tearing through everyone. That was Guiden's final fight. Had a high knockout percentage of 35 knockouts in 39 wins. Davey Moore took him out in 4 after a bit of back and forth.

Guiden was an exciting fighter with a kill or be killed style. He was a C-level fighter who didn't have a great chin. His best win was against fellow contender Sean Mannion.
Yes. He had quite a good run in the early 1980s when many of his fights were on TV in the USA. I remember him upsetting Sean Mannion. Probably his best win. He also beat Sugar Ray's cousin. I forget his name and had a nice win over a prospect named Leslie Gardner. Gary had good skills. I expected him to do better against Davey Moore but he lost badly. Then the fight with Mugabi.
