Who remembers Teddy going nuts after Augustus was robbed. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=578Ty9TLbuo[/ame]
I remember after Courtney Burton beat Manfredo he thought he could get a fight with Mayweather in Grand Rapids lol.
Good luck to Teddy in that instance! He stood up for what was right. Atlas has been there, seen it, done it in Boxing, but such a decision like that still shocked him, let alone surprised him! Its not just about Atlas going mad because of the injustice, he had it out in a conversation format with the official, & the official admitted he was wrong! If people do not understand how to score a bout, then what are we to expect? Teddy is a good commentator & analyst, & I wish he would come over here to the UK to do some commentary on big fights over here!
Atlas is nuts and too emotional, probably why all his fighters left him, but hes a good commentator and good for the sport.
I think Atlas would be a great trainer for someone with mental fragilities, such as Ricky Hatton. Other than a few dodgy picks, I don't see why he has this reputation in some circles as a party piece.
that judge looks papa square in the eyes and says, "the right guy got the decision." what a joke. it was great that teddy responded that way. he represents the raw love and respect that people have for the sport, not the money grubbing corruption associated with it.
I do.. and hes done it more than once. I remember Teddy going off like that after the Paulie Ayala - Hugo Dianzo fight and even a time or two after that. Teddy has the most entertainng meltdowns of any other commentator out there. :yep
what a douchebag. who is he to be questioning a judge? After all the lies he spread in his so called biography he's got zero credibility in the sport. once again, what a douchebag.
