Cus D'Amato was Tyson's sensei. Great to hear Mike talking about his earlier years with maturirty and reflection. I wish he'd talk more about Teddy and Kevin Rooney. I don't agree with those who think the movie was nothing new. Its not an action movie, its a slow, sensitive movie with maturity and depth.
spot on. anyone who dismisses this movie in my opinion too is missing the eseence of what makes someone human.
I dont believe Tyson did **** Desiree. She turned up at his room at 2 in the morning. Pretty sure she wasnt expecting to play some Super Nes. Im guessing it started as consensual. But as soon as it got rough - cue Mike flipping her over and packing her **** in - and her not expecting Tyson to treat her like a ***** bag as all the other groupies were she then cried ****. The rest is history along with the woefully poor circumstantial evidence used to convict him.
