Anyone see the trailer for "Hands of Stone?"

Looks to be another great boxing movie! Really popular right now... Southpaw, Creed, and now Hands of Stone.

I didn't like Southpaw, have not seen Creed cause I don't want to be dissappointed but Hands of Stone looks epic. Definitely going to check it out.

 

Southpaw was too soap opera for me and so I hesitated to watch Creed, but finally I did and it was good.

Another point in Creed's favor is that they used a lot of actual boxing people so it was nice to think I was supporting them in some small way as well.

 

Im surprised you didnt like Southpaw... I thought that was pretty good. TBH, I thought Creed was ****. With all the hype, I was expecting a lot more. But this... this looks awesome!

 

Niether one is that good but creed takes it bexause of real life boxers and the mittwork.

 

This looks great I know its alot of Criticism about Usher playing Ray Leonard and rightfully so (see In The Mix or Light it up ) but it could work out since the movie is not based on him they can kind of Flip it the same way James Toney was playing Joe Fraizer in Ali
