    Their gate was around $2.5M

Mayweather's gate in front of a crowd half that big was almost 5 times that much.

If a guy drives all those PPV's, it violates basic supply and demand not to have him on PPV.

There is no real need for PPV I mean if we can get it back on nationL TV these guys would make some good money .,The reason he will make upwards of 40 mil is because they need to charge so much to recoup.

I have gone back and forth on this and now think Pac would have beaten him. His request for a test was bull****... Pac throws combos that would prevent Floyd from getting a chance to set things up. Floyd wanted to wait til he faded to face him.

Without Canelo and Khan Floyd is just about 850k in sales.

One thing to note is Floyd Sr. came back into his corner...why? Because they are trying to prolong his career. Though Floyd is still in great condition he has faded and needs to rely more on skill than talent. In my opinion Floyd is coming in at a disadvantage. Canelo needs to hit the body and arms early. If Floyd hurts his hands it will be over as a one handed Floyd will not be able to stop Canelo from crushing him.

don't forget that he always, always, set his fight date during mexican holidays.

and he always have a good undercard showing. remember what the *****s used to say. "atleast the undercards alone is worth the $xx PPV price". and they go on here counting how many PPV buys he got.

Then why did De La Hoya never do more than 1.5M against anyone else, while Floyd did 1.5 against Cotto and about to do 1.5M+ against Canelo? Don't underrate Floyd's drawing ability, especially because of that 24/7 which really boosted interest.
