Well you have to be prepared in case one of them gets injured or sick, etc...but I am keeping my fingers crossed that this tournament happens..I will be happy if the first 3 fights go on without any problems.
It's really good news that Herschman is being so realistic. It's easy to imagine Abraham or one of the young guns losing 2 of the first 3, and calling it quits. This is really the first step up in class for all 3. People dissing Taylor are seriously out of touch with reality. Look at his resume. Someone would have to beat him until his brains start leaking out his ears before he would drop out.
i hear ya about taylor, but he's also been in with a lot of stellar competition, been KO'd badly twice, fragile and has a lot of character flaws Abraham will be just fine, he's a smart fighter who's not really gonna take a bad beating and is also one mean ******* i agree the young'uns are an uknown at this level particularly dirrell and it will be huge test of character and resolve
The big question I have about Dirrell, and we'll get an answer, is how is he going to handle Froch's intensity, tenacity, and "you're gonna have to kill me" attitude? Froch will have some trouble with Dirrells speed an oddball style, but he'll be right there all night. Dirrell is going to have his mettle tested right off the bat.
