Yes, prime Mosley circa the late 90s would've beaten lil' Floyd down. He was the best lightweight since Roberto Duran. His volume punching style would've been too much for Mayweather too handle. Floyd waited until Mosley got old before facing him, period. His punch output and ability to pull the trigger were significantly diminished by the time they finally met.

 

Prime Mosley didn't think so because he avoided Floyd like the plague. Lets not forgot when HBO was trying to push him to take the fight, but Mosley said he had trips planned and a lose tooth so he couldn't:rofl:rofl
