Anyone surprised that Usyk totally outshone Lomachenko?

Substance over flash. I much prefer watching Loma though.

Doing all of that he loses his biggest career accomplishment which was being the top HW in the world when he defended against Wlad.

    Byrd was ranked number 1.

No HW was ranked above him.

Your scenario has him as a Haye, which is worse than a Byrd.

They're at the tail end of the 90s. I'm on about mid to late 90s, when the division was absolutely gash.

    Coulda woulda shoulda.

Had he never faced Lopez or Haney we'd be saying he could have easily been undisputed at LW as well.

There's no one I'd favour over him at SFW when he was there, but he wasn't that good a FW.

    He did.

He's a much bigger man than Loma, but Loma wanted the fight but he beat Loma fairly.

Ahhh yes... Akhi TV, the biggest Devin Haney nut rider on the internet. The man that actually said Devin Haney beat Loma more convincingly than any of his other opponents. The same guy who said Devin Haney, Shakur Stevenson, and Tank Davis were the true kings of boxing because they're from America lol.

    Usyk 23 fights

12 of them world title fights

    Has fought 8 world champions

    Loma 21 fights

17 of them world title fights

    Has fought 13 world champions

    To add some perspective

    Crawford 41 fights

19 of them world title fights

    Has fought 11 world champs

    Beterbiev 21 fights

    10 world title fights

    Fought 6 world champs

    Bivol 24 fights

    13 world title fights

    Fought 5 world champs

    David Benavidez 29 fights

    I think it's 3 world title fights

    Fought 5 world champions

    Shakur 22 fights

    Fought 6 world title fights

    Fought 3 world champions

    Ward 32 fights

    9 world title fights

    Fought 6 world champs

    Spence has had 29 fights

    8 world title fights

    Fought 8 world champs

l will add more later but to add even more perspective look at how many of those world champions or top contenders Loma and Usyk fought who were much or way bigger than them, how often they fought in their opponent's backyards or on the road, how rarely they had home officials, how many KO punchers or legit bangers they fought not only their size but bigger, much bigger or way bigger, and how many of the champs they fought were in their primes

And compare that to some of the others and others I will add later

Couldn't disagree with this assessment more. Loma is still the best fighter I have ever seen. What people constantly either forget or fail to acknowledge is for the last half of his career he has fought one to two weight classes above his natural weight. No one touched him at his natural weight. Every time Loma stepped in the ring there was a buzz. You couldn't take your eyes off the action because anything could happen.

There was a bigger size differential between usyk and his HW opponents

    There was.

But the skill level of those Loma defeated was greater than that of Usyk's opponents.

I'm a fan of both, and I agree that Usyk ranks higher.
I would like to see him face Parker and the newly improved Dubois.
And maybe one or two other top tens. With four more names on his resume, I think he could make the top 3 -5 all-time HW list.

Cruiserweight was the toughest division in the sport at the time. Also, the higher weight classes have significantly less margin for error. Because the gains in power outpace the gains in punch resistance as you go up in weight. In the higher weights, 1 flush punch does significantly more damage than it does in lower weight divisions. That's why when Gassiev hit Usyk clean we saw that Usyk had to immediately clinch because he was hurt. And Usyk has an iron chin, but anything Gassiev hits he breaks. That's what happens when a man that size with power lands.

Well to be fair Haney beat Loma and was undisputed champion and Tank and Shakur are special.

I agree with this. Loma was overhyped as one of the best ever. He is a HOF and excellent but Usyk is better

Haney got a decision from the judges.

Loma clearly performed better in the fight.

That’s your opinion not mine or the judges. You are just another Lomasexual.
