23 year old Cuban Mike Perez has Tyson's stature and speed. After that i not sure about the comparisons. His chin is untested, his power has looked good against low level opposition but i doubt he will be the next Tyson but he is a solid looking prospect. They are trying to match him up with Albert Sosnoski for next month, a big step up in only his 8th fight.

I hope so but doubt it very much. The guys we have now are ok but the sport could certainly do with a heavy like Mike.I dont think we will ever see a fighter come up like he did again.

Never will it happen again because of the size of heavyweights now. For a man as powerful as Tyson with that style to be effective now with the guy the Klitchko's size, you need a man who is 6-3 and 260 pounds with Tyson's style. If that were the case, think how fast the Klitchko's would be knocked out.

i doubt if someone like him would come along. he was short for a heavyweight but very fast hands.

the heavyweights right now are huge by the past standards, now we have fighters who are 6'3-6'5. with a lot of power. we do have a sprinkling of fat ass heavyweights who give a not so glorious meaning to the term heavy.
