I believe Smith wins but he Joe Gallagher in his corner, so we already know the tactics and so will his opponent.. hands up, nice and tight, waste nothing and wait for the second half of the fight.

smith doesn't fight the 'joe gallager' way. he is aggresive and throws big punches, he doesn't just stand there and take punches waiting for the oponent to get tired.

I'm a fan of his mate, but he is a bit guilty of a peekaboo defence and letting an opponent unload, albeit on gloves and arms but he does wait for the counter. There are bits of his game that he needs to tidy up on but he's my favourite for this tournament.

Smith still hasn't fought any true quality opposition. Not his fault of course because he's been trying but there's a big question mark over him. Fielding is his best win IMO and Rebrasse arguably beat Fielding. Rocky is basically gatekeeper level.

On the plus side, Smith looks like he has a solid chin, he took one pretty big shot from Rocky really well. I just think he's shown so far that he's a bit one dimensional. He hasn't had to dig deep or show too much in his arsenal and his power is clearly immense at domestic and European level. Think he could be found out in this tournament when he's up against some slicker operators.
