It's never going to be Froch...Joe described him as very limited defensively - he said that Froch would be beaten by the best in the division - and he didn't mean just himself and Mikkel;) - if he talks about fighting Froch, people would laugh at Joe...:-(

I think Joe would travel for this, if he has to...

never say never my friend... The very fact that Joe is finally speaking about Froch means he could be on Joes radar. As I have already said, Joe wont travel to America & the big american names wont travel to Wales, so that leaves Woods, & Froch if he hammers Reid. Remember, Froch is a big mouth who has fought on terrestrial TV. So hes a name in Britain. & hes got the 0 too. & hes the only guy apart from kessler who has been chasing Calzaghe. & its a wales vs England winner takes all fight, if Froch beats Reid dont bet against it happening next year.

& I hope it does, cos it would be a lot more fun than watching Joe & Hopkins in boring chess match. As you say money matters to Calzaghe, & a fight between him & Froch would be a moneyspinner, & he wouldnt even need to leave the valleys:deal

As much as I would want Carl brought down to earth with a bang, I wuld be offended if Joe fought Froch...Joe WOULD lose fans over this! Froch is not even in the Top 4-5 at SMW - in my book, Bute, Mundine, Inkin all come before him...and Joe said he was **** and not a big challenge for the top fighters at SMW...

IMO Dawson is the curren 'man at 175. I would be interested in seeing how Joe would do against him.

Bernard is too old to pose a threat and Woods is too limited.

So many people have thought they were screwing Frank only to leave with their pockets empty and with a hole in the back of their trousers...

What Frank usually does when he cannot get his way? He signs up someone you never heard of who suddenly becomes the best thing since sliced bread...(I am not talking of Calzaghe's career here, necessarily, but more generally)...
