Anyone think this is all a ploy by the Mayweather camp?

If Arum REALLY wanted the fight would he have put up that timer on Top Rank's website for a Floyd deadline? Is that common business courtesy? Double standards are crazy, how is almost everything Floyd does is negative?

No, people with common sense will blame whoever the blame lies with. Nobody is going to outright blame Pac just because Mayweather booked a date and spot for the fight, unless his team backs off JUST because that. If Mayweather asks for anything outlandish we KNOW Arum will say it in the media, and people will judge accordingly. Every demand? Really? Fight hasn't happened for years now because Pac won't agree, I'm quite sure Mayweather knows this...

 Of course you'd come and agree to anything anti-Floyd. He's doing it to secure a spot for a May 5th fight as it's the perfect date and place for a megafight. If negotiations go through it's already set and done, if they don't Floyd still gets the date and spot for the fight... Why would he NOT?! :huh How is it like him announcing a fight when they said the little guy and he hasn't announced a different opponent? :huh If he waited a couple weeks after the Pac fight Arum could book the date and place for Pac to face someone else right?

Idiots will blame Arum for what? What's to blame in this situation? :huh :lol: You guys are hilarious.

Floyd is scared shitless of Pac and I will continue to believe this until he gets in the ring with Pac. All this is nothing but a ploy. He never mentioned Pac by name. All he did was hold a date and venue and said he wanted to give fans a great fight. That could mean ANYTHING to a loose cannon like Floyd.

    Floyd, man up already.

I think your'e partially right. Obviously fighting Pac and winning is the best case for his ATGness.....
Pac has 3 Ls already, nothing to lose by fighting May, all gain.

Imagine this scenario though......Pac wins a close but clear 12rdr. May retires. Comes back in 6 mos at 140 and gets Pac to come down in weight, beats him at 140. A trilogy is set at 145 catch, 150 million each inside 2 yrs, and the winner walks away with the GOAT attached to their name.:deal

  7. I picked tony but never thought he's come in heavier than me.

Too bad Toney, turn the "lights-out" on your career now.
