I have...I'm a fan, BUT at a higher weight in #2 vs Taylor, Kelly did not have the snap as he did at 160...I think the 170LB fight will be a plus for Hopkins

he still stunned taylor in the 2nd fight
    end of 11th
plus taylor did a WAY better job defensively
in the 2nd fight, kept his hands up almost the entire fight
    so i disagree

No I think he just hurt his hand. Your opinion fails.

It shouldn't matter. It will be a bad excuse if he loses (which I hope he doesn't).

Exactly. I think it had more to do with Taylor's improved strategy (jabbing alot more, keeping his hands up) than his power diminished.

kelly did say he was going to box alot more for the rematch. and he succeeded. he always usually says he waits for the ko to come, but for this upcoming fight i was surprised he said he was going for it. can it be a ploy to make b-hop think he's going for the ko and just really jab b-hop all night? may be trying to get to b-hop mentally and maybe alittle reverse psychology?

no i think pavlik will have snap on his punches, and more power.

a couple things from the second taylor fight.

after such a brutal ko most fans were expecting another brutal ko but taylor's chin is no joke. therefore when taylor fought with much more defense and movement pavlik didn't get as much leather on taylor as he would normally like.

despite this, pavlik snapped taylors head back hard in the first round. if he managed to land that shot more often there was no doubt in my mind taylor was going down again and probably earlier in the fight. but taylor fought with great concentration the entire second fight and survived. even then, pavlik managed to land a nasty body shot which literally sucked the remaining energy out of taylor. taylor jumped on pavlik and held as much as he could. pavlik was trying hard to throw taylor off him, the punch was THAT effective.

no, i think pavlik's power will be fine.

It's hard to say who the weight favors... Has Nard ever really hurt anybody since moving up from 160?

(Joe-Cal was on his ass with that flash knockdown, but never really in any serious trouble)
