No question with Floyd's skills only his attitude s...ks. In fact I even ask my wife that whenever pac and floyd meet. We'll have a bet and I'll side with floyd and she said bring it on. ...... But to this day ...... She's asking me, Where d f..k is your boy?.

I agree. And that's not really a knock on Manny, IMO. He, admittedly, depends on Roach for just that purpose. And he has done well, in spite of that. Floyd has a better boxing pedigree, and has had the support and advice of his father and two uncles, who all were good fighters in their day, his entire life. He's studied boxing his entire life, and competed in it for over half his life. He simply knows what to do in the ring, instinctively, at this point. His adaptability is his greatest asset, IMO.

That's fine...obviously we appreciate different things. You say he does the same thing....I say he does what opponents allow him to do. He's "throwing the same shots, and looking for the same counters", because those openings are there. If they close, he will find other ones. He usually makes opponents pay for their mistakes...very rarely does he pay for his own. And when does pay...he has the presence of mind to correct those mistakes...right there on the spot.

If DLH gassed and stopped pressing the attack, it's because, he lost in both the conditioning department and the strategy department. He had a lot taken out him from throwing hard shots and missing, and being made to pay, when he did miss. Floyd landed the cleaner, harder shots the entire night.

I think hes saying Roach sees the Flaws and can tell manny what to do but he dosent think Manny can capitalize.

Trainers have the perfect game plan most of the time its up to the other fighter to make it that easy for them

Yes your right Floyd was in training working on ''DISTANCE'' everybody here took that as run they made dumb jokes and were wrong as usual

Pac is almost never doing what roach is telling him, he dosent need to hes like (hollifield never listens either) most the time he can do what he wants because hes smaller and faster then everyone there. But its his downfall if the Floyd fight is made and is his down fall with Mosley.

Roach best advice if he hits you son forget about it and get him later in the round. I still Think Mosley is the hardest hitter in the Welter Division Pac Damage is accumlation, But he can bang too!

I feel the same, for the most part. I'm a bigger fan of the sport then I am of any one fighter, but I'm also a fan of Floyd's. He does do the same things all the time, his display of ring IQ impresses me much more then his offense as of late. Floyd's combination of pressure, defense, and counterpunching breaks a fighters confidence quick.. Mayweather being a boxer at heart thus settles for picking single shots at a time, every once in a while a group of three, as his opponent is usually on the defensive(fighting to not get knocked out, not trying to win)..

I think he just needs to fight somebody so we can see him dig deep, after that all questions will be answered. I don't think we've seen anybody really push him

He was maintaining excellent distance with that jab in the Mosley fight for sure, excellent display.

I think Pac is a better boxer then people give him credit for. He also looked tough as hell and explosive against Margarito.. I can see Pac blitzing Mosley and blowing right through him honestly. That fight made me a believer in Pac.

Lol...yeah, he ducked Cotto and Margo, it's like you copy and past the same post over and over and over. This dumb **** will get you no more of an agreement from anyone now, than it ever has, how many times are you going to have to get "crickets" on this before you see that. Nobody buys this ****, other than you and the few people who literally go out of their way to "hate" PBF. If you have a point make it, but if this is all you've got, you might as well log off because this is "he ducked Cotto/Margo" take is trash, seriously. You could probably get away with saying it at work (assuming you have a job), around casual fans, whatever...but dude there are people here who actually know boxing, and those that know boxing know this is a rinky dink bull**** argument that you can't substantiate, that has no merrit, and that's been beat to death. If you haven't been able to sell it up til now, WTF would make you think you'll ever be able to, it doesn't hold water man...never has, never will?
