Always the same with these people. Either the fight is rehearsed , or the visiting fighter comes out of shape and looks for a soft spot on the canvas. Years ago it was Manfredo vs Calzone, last week it was Browne and today it is Parker who looked like he was coming for a sparring match and got paid millions in an unification bout. This fight was trully a 50-50 affair yet the bookies suspiciously had it a landslide for Joshua. Now we know why. No shame whatsoever in this UK business.
They always seem to place a helpful referee in the ring also along with judges with prescored score cards. So whats up with the loose tape ? There is always something fishy going on over there.
Where have you been man every US fight between a US fighter and a foreigner has been a sham recently. The UK is nothing compared to that
Nope, keep em coming. I hope they bring Wilder over and in round 1 joshua throws a quick flurry and big 'Tel puts his arm round wilders shoulder and waves it off #undisputed baby
The BIG, BIG difference is the visiting fighter does try to win, but gets screwed on the cards or by the referee. In the UK, the visiting fighter doesn't even try. He comes for the paycheck with minimum trouble.
Great Britain is the home of the 'fair and just' legal system you see around the world in western democracies. The home of the Magna Carta. We gave the world modern democracy as we know it. Fairness is embedded into every one of us, in Britain it is just a way of life. For the few who fall foul of these values, they WILL be exposed and dealt with. If you can't trust Great Britain, then really, you can't trust anything And I wouldn't want to live in a world where you can't trust the British to put on a fair boxing event.
Why do you get so defensive? I wasn't attacking the British people; only the crooks running boxing over there. Even Britain has it's crooks, right? By the way, i believe Diana might have one or two things to say about the "trusting" bit, if she was still alive.
Not half as sick as i am of dodginess on American cards. Canelo cards mainly but Ortiz was beating Wilder comfortably but was down on the cards. It happens. I thought the scores were a only a couple of rounds off what i thought, the NEW ZEALAND judge gave it the widest in Joshuas favour. The ref let both sides down with the close fighting.
