When boxing was big on ITV my mate Graham Crompton used to video all the fights and let us borrow them all, and then Sky came around and wiped things out. What a shame.

 

I was a bit of an anorak in the eighties. I recorded more or less every fight that was on tele. I've still got the vids, I'll have to have a look through them and get them onto a hard drive, see what I've got.

I've still got my vids but havn't had anything capable of playing them for God knows how long!

 

I've got to get round to sorting my vids out. I have half a room full in the attic at my mum's. Was going to bin them but I suppose I better see what Fight Nights are on there first.

 

Luckily, I've still got one up ion the loft.

Just bought one of these meant to be simple converter's of VHS tape 2 PC but it looks too high tech for me Got too put the vidio recorder onto my desk next too the PC & plug all these wire things in somewhere:twisted:

 

Sounds like the thing I've got. Pinnacle mine is. They don't always come out though, shite it is.
