Some kids at my gym use the slimmer belts, i don't really know the point of it. It does make them sweat a lot more in that area (obviously). The cream is ok I guess, doesn't do a whole lot sweats and hard work couldn't do though.

Ive seen many pros use sweat enhancers and slimmer belts but the sauna suit and the sweat cream seem to be the most common

People dont dehydrate unless your a ****ing moron who allows yourself to dehydrate. I know my limit and dont go to any extremes its pointless. Health is more important then a fight.

You're making no sense. You ask about products which cause you to sweat so you lose water weight, now the people that do this are morons? :think I don't get it.

I think you missed my point. All those things do is dehydrate. They will NOT make you lose fat any faster, in fact you will get diminished results because of improper hydration at some point.

They are effective if dehydrating is your goal. Otherwise they're completely useless. If losing quick water weight is what your after, please disregard my post.

It's the last bit of fat. It'll go away if you keep training and eating well, be patient. A sweat suits will not help a bit though.

Well im not trying them sauna suits. I do put on a sweat shirt and sweat pants when I train because im one of those people it takes awhile to actually break a sweat thats a reason why ive bought the cream to sweat quicker and get warmed up quicker.
